Hotel Bristol Lodging Policies

Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 11:00am. Thank you for being courteous to guests preceding and following you by honoring the check- in/check-out times. Late departures are subject to an additional night's charge unless a later check-out has been authorized by the Front Desk Manager.

Winter Deposit/Cancellation Policy

Steamboat Springs is a destination resort and our reservations are carefully scheduled in advance. To receive a confirmation on nightly reservations, a one night credit card deposit is required at the time of booking on each reservation. This amount is refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of original booking date. Full payment is required no less than 14 days prior 3 days prior prior to arrival on all reservations except during the Holiday period. For reservations during our Holiday period full payment is required no less than 21 days prior 14 days prior prior to arrival.

In the event a cancellation becomes necessary and reservations are cancelled less than 14 days prior 3 days prior to arrival, reservations are subject to no refund. No partial refund will be made for late arrivals, early departures or no shows. All cancelled reservations must receive a cancellation number to be valid.

Summer Deposit/Cancellation Policy

A $25 deposit is taken on a credit card at the time of booking, and is refundable for cancellations within 72 hours of original booking date. The balance is due upon arrival.  There is a further 24 cancellation policy (if cancelled more than 24 hour prior to arrival date, there is no additional charge beyond the $25 deposit). No partial refunds will be made for late arrivals, early departures or no shows. In the event a cancellation becomes necessary and the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours prior to arrival, the credit card on file will be charged and is non-refundable. All canceled reservations must receive a cancellation number to be valid.

Additional Policies

It is Hotel Bristol's policy to provide an atmosphere that is welcoming to all of our guests. We do not allow pets or smoking in any of our guest rooms. A decontamination fee at a minimum of $150 will be charged to any guest that does not comply with stated policies.
